Roman Ramos joins Team Go Eleven to race WorldSBK

Both the Spanish rider and the Italian squad to contest their debut year in the series.
 

Twenty-four year old from Spain Roman Ramos will compete in the 2015 eni FIM Superbike World Championship with Team Go Eleven Kawasaki. The former Spanish Moto2 champion and Grand Prix rider  joins the Italian squad in their new World Superbike challenge, which adds up to the already existing efforts within the World Supersport and Superstock 600 classes.

The agreement with Ramos was reached also thanks to the help by Ruben Xaus’ “ANDmove management services”. The partnership with the team and the former WorldSBK rider’s company also gave birth to the “Go Eleven Racing Department”, which was created to help teams in their racing efforts at both national and international level.
The first team to be supported by this new project is the Cat Bike Exit Team, which will compete in the Supersport class with Nacho Calero and Marco Ramirez as well as in the STK600 category with Ezequiel Iturrioz.

Team Manager Dennis Sacchetti added: “We’re pleased to welcome such a talented rider like Roman, he really impressed me with his riding style in Moto2 as he can be both smooth and aggressive. I’m sure that with Ruben’s help he will manage to take the best out of the Kawasaki. He is motivated and fully focused. We will help him anyway we can and I’m confident this is going to be a great season for all of us.”
